Mr. Gilligan grew up surfing and riding dirt bikes in North San Diego County and began his 25+ year surf industry career at his local surf shop. From there he became a sales rep for several up and coming surf accessory companies eventually growing his territory and expanding his client base to include Arnett Sunglasses, Reef Sandals, and Rusty Surfboards and Apparel. Rusty made Mr. Gilligan their National Sales Manager, a position he held for 5 years. A veteran in the surf and action sports industry, he is now the CEO of Utopia International and a managing consultant to Slednecks.

Mr. Demott is currently the Head of Music for Guvera. Previously he worked as an A&R executive with companies like Artist Direct, Artista Records, and Universal Music Group as well as music consultant to Lionsgate, Fuse, and A&E. An artist himself, Mr. Demott was signed to three major record labels as a performing and recording professional.
